These All Ages performances will run for about 45 minutes. And they’re FREE!\n\n\n\nGet ready for a serious case of the giggles! Monkey Business Institute features the best improvised comedy in the region. With no set\, props\, scripts or line memorization to fall back on in this special performance for youngsters\, Monkey Business Institute uses their super strong imaginations to create spur-of-the-moment\, seat-of-their-pants improvisational comedy.\n\n\n\nSpecializing in interactive improv comedy\, Monkey Business Institute works with the audience to create the fun all while teaching valuable lessons about teamwork\, listening\, storytelling\, emoting\, pantomime and how to use you mind and body to express your creativity.\n\n\nThe 1pm performance will be American Sign Language interpreted. Please email kidsintherotunda@overture.org at least one hour ahead to be seated within sight of the interpreter for live performances. \nA livestream option will be available once a month. Dates for the season are Oct. 25\, Nov. 4\, Dec. 16\, Jan. 13\, Feb. 17\, Mar. 30 and Apr. 27. DESCRIPTION:Improv for all ages! This one-hour show is packed with fast-paced\, classic\, short-form improv comedy! Audience participation is guaranteed and the content is appropriate for kids\, as well as grown-ups who appreciate smart\, clean comedy. \nShow starts at 5:30pm\, doors open at 4:45pm. \nYou have three options to enjoy the award winning and world famous pizza of Glass Nickel Pizza Company with your favorite improv show!  \n\nOption 1 – Dinner and a Show\nA pizza buffet is now included with your MBI ticket price. The pizza buffet will include a wide variety of delish GN pizzas including vegetarian pizzas. You will also have salad to go along with your ‘za\nOption 2 – Vegan & Gluten Free Pizza Options with your Buffet and Show. This is the same as Option 1\, but with vegan and GF options added to the buffet.\nOption 3 – Dine in at Glass Nickel Pizza before your show.\nDo you prefer to order off the menu and hang out upstairs before the show? Show your e-ticket to your server in the upstairs dining room prior to your MBI improv show and we will apply your buffet fee to your bill. We recommend that you arrive in the upstairs dining area an hour and a half prior to show time to make certain you are there for the opening curtain.\n\nAs always\, a full bar is available in the GN Basement for bevvies\, sodas\, beer and cocktails for an additional fee. We do not have a required drink minimum at our comedy club. \nMonkey Business Institute wants our audience\, performers\, and support team to be healthy and safe. Masking and vaccination are encouraged but not required. Many of our performance areas are small spaces with little air circulation. If you have any COVID or flu symptoms\, or test positive\, please stay home to keep others safe.
